June 26:  Mercury in Gemini squares Saturn in Virgo at the 17th degree.  Successful communication depends upon correctness.

June 30:  Uranus goes Stationary Retrograde in Pisces at the 27th degree.  On December 01, it will go Stationary Direct in Pisces at the 22nd degree, and finally leave the Retrograde Zone on March 17, 2010.  This is the third and final review for those New Age or scientific ideals that will change the dream for humanity.

June 21:  Venus conjuncts Mars in Taurus at the 15th degree.  Now is the time to express romantic feelings.

June 21:  Venus in Taurus trines Saturn in Virgo at the 15th degree.  Expressions of affection could create a long-lasting bond based upon mutual fulfillment of desires and duties.

June 21:  Mars in Gemini squares Saturn in Virgo at the 15th degree.  Defining your boundaries could be difficult at this time.

June 22:  Sol conjuncts Luna in Cancer at the second degree:  Cancer New Moon is the time to sow seeds for domestic security.

June 15:  Jupiter goes Stationary Retrograde in Aquarius at the 28th degree.  It will go direct on October 12 in Aquarius at the 18th degree, and finally leave the Retrograde Zone on January 03, 2010.  We should be finishing up our review of how we would like to finally implement our humanitarian or scientific changes that could benefit humanity.

June 20:  Sun enters Cancer.  Summer Solstice brings the solar high point of the year for the Northern Hemisphere.

June 07:  Sol in Gemini opposes Luna in Sagittarius at the 18th degree:  Sagittarius Full Moon.  Words can be ethically balanced within  systems of belief.

June 08:  Venus in Taurus trines retrograde Pluto in Capricorn at the third degree.  Having what we want will be easy with some material restructuring.

June 09:  Mercury in Taurus sextiles Uranus in Pisces at the 27th degree.  Practical thinking opens the door to visionary change.

June 09:  Mercury in Taurus squares retrograde Neptune in Aquarius at the 27th degree.  Issues of practicality could be blocking Utopian visions.

June 09:  Mercury in Taurus squares Jupiter in Aquarius at the 27th degree.  Materialistic thinking could seem to be out of harmony with a humanitarian ethic.

Overview

The first week of June begins with a grand trine in air of Sun in Gemini, Moon in Libra and North Node of the Moon in Aquarius.  Practical earth is also highlighted with Saturn in Virgo trining Mercury in Taurus. Questions of practicality still seem to be blocking the rarefied stellium of Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron in Aquarius, since Mercury squares the idealistic trio, but does not necessarily prevent the magical stellium from ultimately materializing.  Pluto in Capricorn trines Mars in Taurus bringing practical solutions to important restructuring projects.  By the end of the week, Venus has moved to conjunct Mars in Taurus, creating a romantic and sensually satisfying ambience.

The Sagittarius Full Moon on June 07 should help in balancing our words with our more inspirational reflections so we can more easily “walk the talk.”

Also, by the second week of June,  the Sun in Gemini has moved to square Saturn in Virgo, so the will to communicate is blocked by issues of semantics, grammar, correctness of detailed information or organization, creating some frustration or delay in transmission of information.  In addition, Mercury in Taurus is still squaring the Aquarian stellium, in which Neptune has turned retrograde, so working out the details of those grand renovation projects could seem to be temporarily stymied as we find ourselves going back to the drawing board to review and revise the details so they actually fit and are functional.  However, Mercury in Taurus is sextiling Uranus in Pisces, helping along the process of actualizing the dream in a practical way.

By the third week of June, the communication issues are clearing up as Mercury moves into Gemini and out of its recent retrograde zone.  Now we have a dual rulership of Venus in Taurus and Mercury in Gemini, so we should be able to more easily articulate what we would like to have  than we could the week before.  Also, by this time, the Sun in Gemini has moved to trine the Aquarius stellium of Jupiter, Neptune and Chiron, so the visionary energy is able to be expressed eloquently.  Mars and Venus are still dancing along in a passionate duet in Taurus.  Weddings and honeymoons undertaken at this time should be quite memorable.

The fourth week of June brings a New Moon in Cancer at the second degree.  Setting up a nurturing home environment will necessitate some sort of structural transformation in career or governmental terms (Pluto in Capricorn at the third degree opposes the New Moon.)  The Moon now is in her own sign of Cancer, so we have three rulerships: Moon in Cancer, Mercury in Gemini, and Venus in Taurus.  Issues of comfort, along with security in the domestic scene will be coming to the fore now.

By the end of the month,  Uranus goes Stationary Retrograde in Pisces.  We now have four retrograde planets: Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.  The plantary energy is slowing down and becoming more introspective in terms of the ethical or larger issues that affect society as a whole.  This is a good time for reading, reflecting and renewing the soul.

May 28:  Neptune goes Stationary Retrograde in Aquarius at the 27th degree.  Time could seem to stand still as an important scientific discovery is made, but the idea could need refining.

May 30:  Mercury goes Stationary Direct in Taurus at the 23rd degree.  (It will  leave the Retrograde Zone on June 15 at the second degree of Gemini.) At this point, our thinking should proceed pragmatically.

May 31:  Mars enters Taurus.  Taking action based on material desires moves forward.

May 17:  Sun in Taurus squares Neptune in Aquarius at the 27th degree.  A bird in the hand is worth two in the the bush.

May 18:  Sun in Taurus conjuncts Retrograde Mercury at the 28th degree.  Thinking twice about how to get what we really want pays off.

May 20:  Retrograde Mercury in Taurus squares Neptune in Aquarius at the 28th degree.  Pie in the sky is floating away.

May 20:  Sun enters Gemini.  The will to communicate is strengthened.
