Rapprochement with Iran?

The outgoing Bush Administration has a publicity problem in its election rhetoric. Not only is the Iraq War unpopular, but the notion of a continuing 100-year war goes over like a lead balloon with the American electorate. The ability for the US to actually finance such a longterm war is questionable as the dollar sinks in worldwide markets and US crediblilty in its sabre-rattling becomes weak. Changes in the diplomatic stance of the US toward Iran are beginning to waft in through the media.

For an astrological look at whether or not there will be change in regard to the perception of Iran as a threat to the US or to world peace for that matter, I’ve taken a brief look at the Solar Return Chart for Tehran, Iran 2008.
